Directions

From I-5, take the 56th Street, eastbound exit. Go east on 56th St. to "M" St.; go six blocks to 50th Street. Turn right, go one block and you are there.

Services

We have seating (tables and chairs) capacity for 150 people. The hall has a tile floor with a riser area for a DJ or small band. It has air conditioning and newly remodeled restrooms with wheelchair access. Included in your rental fee are 150 chairs and 19 tables. A large restaurant-style kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with 12 burners, two ovens, microwave oven, a large double door refrigerator, and one Kegerator.

You won't find a better hall for functions with 150 people or less at any price, anywhere in Tacoma. The hall is available to you from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. You can choose your own caterer or make use of our huge kitchen. A commercial coffee maker is included. Compare, then rent the best.

December 2016 we have completed some improvements to our place.  Some of them include:

-New LED dimmable lights

-Audio-Visual equipment, wireless mic, 135" screen, Apple TV, wireless internet access (additional cost)

-Onsite ice maker (ask for access)

January 2017 new interior paint, floors stripped and waxed, complete outdoor projects. 

Setup and use profiles:

Table setup

As many as 150 chairs and 19 tables may be set up any way you like. Lighting is controlled with dimmer switches.

Serving area

A serving window is provided between the commercial kitchen and the hall. Leave the window closed for a more formal setting or open it up and let all of the family and friends in the kitchen join the party.

DJ Stage

There is plenty of room on the stage for a DJ or small band.

Dance Floor

The hall has a tile floor, so you can make the dance floor as large as you like by rearranging the tables.

Restrooms

The updated tile bathrooms are spacious, clean, and have wheelchair access. A large full-length mirror is provided in the ladies room.

Rental Pricing

Friday through Sunday $1,300.00 with a $500.00 deposit.  

Monday through Thursday $750.00 with a $500.00 deposit. 

Prefered method of Payment is PayPal (tacomaffunionhall@gmail.com).  We also accept Visa/Mastercard (a 4% fee will apply), cashiers check, or cash.  No personal checks.  Thank you for your understanding.
